About us:
After the continuing success of L.A. Watkinson Joiner Builder over the past decade. Watkinson Developments Limited was formed in 2003. We employ a number of skilled tradesmen from Bricklayers, Joiners, Plasterers, Plumbers and Electricians. All of which have been selected for quality of work and professionalism.

Our services include Extensions, Loft Conversions, Refurbishments, General Building Work, Cellar Conversions, Commercial, Planning, Specialist Services and Internal Design and Fitting. In addition to all our in house services we offer architectural and structural services second to none.

Planning:
We offer a complete planning service which includes drawing of plans, and liaising with local authorities for planning permission and surveyors regarding building regulations.

Project Management:
A programme of the work is produced and carefully planned before any work is undertaken. This fully details the various stages of work and when they are programmed to commence. The length of the individual durations of work are carefully calculated and monitored to ensure the project runs according to plan.

Safety:
Safety is paramount on any construction site and all our foremen, tradesmen and subcontractors adhere fully to all current codes of practice and regulations. All safety is taken seriously and safety equipment and fire hazard equipment is kept on site at all times.
